返品についての特約事項

不良品発生時の返品・交換の際に生じる諸費用につきましては、当店にて負担いたします。お客様のご都合による返品は一切お受けできかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。 商品に不備がある場合は7日以内にお申し出下さい。それ以降のご連絡の場合は、対応できない場合もございます。

The special provision matter about return

We will guarantee to pay for all the costs when changing and returning defective products.
We cannot accept the return by customer’s circumstances. If products purchased have any problem, inform within a week.
If informed a week later, we might not be able to respond. We appreciate your understanding.

配送のご依頼を受けてから7日以内に発送いたします。またご注文いただいた商品が欠品時には、2週間ほどお時間を頂戴する場合がございますので、こちらから再度お客様へ納期のご連絡をいたします。

Products purchased will be delivered within a week from receiving orders. Moreover we will inform customers the delivery day if we do not have products you want when you order
The reason is that it takes at least 2 weeks for us to get the product that you order.
